To ensure transparency and a smooth collaboration, please note the following potential additional charges that may apply depending on project scope and requirements:

• Rush Fee: Projects requiring expedited delivery between 24-48 hours of request may incur a rush fee of 15%.

• Consultations: The initial project consultation is free. Extended or additional meetings may be billed at $30/hour.

• Research Fee: Projects requiring substantial research may include a flat fee of $30.

• Extra Revisions: Two rounds of revisions are included with each project. Additional revisions beyond this will be billed at $10-$40 per revision, depending on project type and length.

• Formatting & File Delivery: Standard file formats are included. Requests for specialized formatting or multiple file types (e.g., print-ready, ePub, transcript) may incur a $5 flat fee.

• Travel Expenses: Any required travel or in-person meetings outside the local area will be billed separately with prior client approval.

• Termination Fee: Client may cancel within 24 hours of signing without penalty. Any cancellations that occur after the allotted grace period may incur a fee of 10-50% of initial cost, depending on project type and time of cancellation request.
